PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY
All payments for courses, programs, events, and services are processed securely via Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways. Prices displayed are final unless otherwise stated and may be changed without prior notice.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment is successfully processed.
Refunds will be issued only if a payment is deducted but the service is not delivered due to an error solely attributable to Goa Jazz Academy.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days as per Razorpay and banking timelines.
International payments are non-refundable once processed.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Third-party links, platforms, and services including Razorpay operate under their own terms and policies. Goa Jazz Academy is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
